The Diverse Learning Team!
Our Diverse Learning faculty is made up of a wonderful team of members who have the wellbeing of the students as their top priority. All team members support the students to reach their academic and social goals.
Our School Learning and Support Officers (SLSOs) are our secret to our success. Our SLSOs are all incredibly compassionate and supportive to our students. Our SLSOs come from a range of backgrounds, including teaching and some have had experiences working with students age 2-18 in a variety of specialised educational settings.
Our teachers are highly trained experts in their fields. Our teachers come from a range of educational backgrounds and have also worked in a variety of specialised educational settings within and beyond Australia. Our teachers work closely with all students, their families and with other professionals to develop a unique and tailored form of personalised education. We believe education should be personalised because we are all diverse in our strengths, interests and abilities. Through this approach, our teachers believe that each student can achieve their academic and social goals. Our teachers work closely with other faculties across the school to ensure that our students are receiving every opportunity to participate in the Australian Curriculum.
